The issues that did arise have been successfully addressed by our vendor, Zelacom Electronic Publishing, of Ellenville, NY, and the system has far surpassed our expectations and those of the clients currently utilizing it.
We hope that by the end of 2005, all of our clients will have realized the system’s immense benefits: simple, instant ordering, the ability to track the progress of assignments, easy communication with us from within the system, instant retrieval of completed reports and, on-line itemized billing.

Clients Enjoying a "Paperless" Relationship With TIS
